To initiate the project, a collaborative workshop was conducted with the client to gain a deep understanding of their target audience and their specific requirements for the revamped website. The key challenge identified from the previous site was a lack of clarity in the checkout process, leading to visitor confusion while attempting to add multiple products to their carts. Addressing this concern, a user-centric approach was adopted, meticulously designing a seamless path for shoppers to effortlessly navigate through their shopping journey.
Wireframe
Moving onto the wireframing stage, the existing site layout was utilised as a reference point, with essential enhancements incorporated to optimise user experience. The wireframes were carefully crafted to outline a cohesive structure, presenting a blueprint for how content would be strategically arranged on the new site. Approval for these wireframes was swiftly obtained, allowing the project to progress to the design phase.
Design
Given the brand's lively and exuberant ambiance, the design direction focused on capturing this essence and translating it into an engaging visual experience. By using an abundance of vivid imagery and strategically placed blocks of captivating colours, the design effortlessly resonated with the brand's renewed packaging concept. Furthermore, the product images, featuring their array of wholesome nuts and dried fruits, were transformed into eye-catching icons for use on the website's menu and social media platforms.
Final Result
Through a thoughtful combination of creativity and meticulous attention to detail, the final result successfully embodies the brand's playful spirit while effectively presenting their array of scrumptious and healthful snacks. The newly crafted website now stands as a testament to Forest Feast's commitment to offering an enjoyable and user-friendly shopping experience that complements their delectable product range.
