Key entry points like “Where to stay,” offers, dining, and events are surfaced early, helping users quickly find relevant information without getting lost in depth.

Hospitality was a key influence throughout the design. The interface was shaped to reflect the group’s focus on warm, family-led service and local experience, while still supporting practical needs like booking and availability. The tone and structure aim to feel welcoming, but efficient.

The site also plays an important role as a business platform, not just a marketing site. It supports group-wide storytelling around sustainability, careers, events, and community impact, reinforcing the brand beyond just hotel bookings.
